A ramen craving can mean very different bowls. These stops from my Amsterdam coverage range from Taka’s tan tan and Ramen-Ya’s Hakata ramen to chilled tan tan at Tsumugi. UMAMI by Han adds a seafood bowl on a broader fusion menu. Start with the style you want, then follow the review or map link for the stop.

Amsterdam · Ramen
Taka Ramen
My bowl here was the Taka tan tan ramen. The restaurant is on the top floor of Toko Dun Yong, so the arrival is part of the story too. Look for the elevator when heading upstairs.
Amsterdam · Hakata ramen
Ramen-Ya
Ramen-Ya appears in my Amsterdam coverage with Hakata ramen. It is a separate ramen stop to compare with the tan tan bowls elsewhere in this collection, depending on the style of bowl you want.
Amsterdam · Chilled ramen
Tsumugi
The dish I covered at Tsumugi was chilled tan tan ramen made with soy milk. That gives this entry a specific place in the collection: a chilled bowl rather than another hot ramen stop.
Amsterdam · Seafood ramen at a fusion restaurant
UMAMI by Han
For a different direction, my UMAMI by Han lunch included seafood ramen with lobster broth. The rest of our order moved through Japanese curry, a salmon-and-gambas sando and coconut curry rice. Choose this entry for that broader fusion menu rather than a dedicated ramen-shop meal.
