From my visit
At Kiseki in Oud-West, we started with crunchy kushiage skewers, tender buta no kakuni and crispy karaage. Nasu miso dengaku brought fried eggplant with a sweet-savory miso glaze, while Hinomaru Salad added freshness.

Tuna and salmon zuke added lighter dishes, with shrimp and broccoli in a sweet-spicy Japanese chili sauce. The visit centered on shared plates and sake pairings.
