From my visit
Dinner at &Japonism in Oud-West started with a handcrafted wooden snack box of seasonal bites, fermented pickles and umami nuts. We tried karaage with yuzu kosho mayo, prawn satsuma-age and potato-and-meat korokke.

We also tried eggplant with sweet fermented miso, braised pork belly with daikon and fermented herbal Japanese curry. Dessert was matcha baked cheesecake with charcoal vanilla soft serve.
