What was on the table
My Fikissimo spread moved between Mediterranean ingredients and Japanese dishes. There were oysters with citrus oil, sun-dried tomato and ikura, alongside seared bluefin o-toro tataki with burrata cream, bell pepper cream, pistachio crumble and teriyaki. It is a combination to consider when you want a meal that crosses cuisines rather than staying with one style.
Pasta, sushi and handrolls
The lobster pasta came with confit tomatoes and basil. On the sushi side, the Mediterranean roll brought together tempura prawns, avocado, red shrimp, burrata and cherry tomatoes. The bluefin o-toro handroll included chives, nikiri sauce, sesame oil, lime zest and ikura. A second handroll paired lightly seared A5 wagyu with Thai sauce, shiso and crispy onions.
The rest of the spread
The meal also included a sashimi selection of salmon, seabass and akami bluefin, a baby spinach salad with miso, sesame and Parmesan, and A5 wagyu rib-eye. If you are comparing places for a group, that range gives you a useful picture of the menu: seafood, pasta, sushi and steak all feature. Check the restaurant’s current menu before booking, as dishes and prices can change.
