From my visit
At Torizaku, we tried wagyu short rib, glazed chicken meatball, chicken thigh with scallions and yuzu kosho, and pork belly skewers. Pork gyoza and chicken karaage rounded out the starters.
More from the visit
We also tried mentaiko udon, grilled hamachi collar and tonkotsu ramen in pork broth. It was an izakaya spread of skewers, noodles and shared plates.
