At Sushi Tokoro’s Madison Avenue location, I tried the Premium Set, listed at $48 in my visit notes. It included kampachi with yuzu pepper, salmon with avocado and rice crackers, and Hokkaido scallop with ikura.

Bluefin toro with pickled radish and snow crab with cucumber and tobiko followed. Each handroll arrived individually, then a silky matcha panna cotta-style dessert. Check current set prices before booking.
