From my visit
At Saranrom Thai, we tried Miang Kha-Na: Chinese broccoli leaves with dried pork, lime, chili, peanuts, onion and ginger. Yum Pla Duk Foo paired crisp shredded catfish with spicy, tangy green mango salad.

Crab fried rice added a gentler dish before very spicy khua kling: ground pork with aromatic yellow curry paste and lime leaves. The heat kept building with every bite.
