From my visit
I visited Radio Bakery in Greenpoint on a weekday and found the line manageable. I tried the apple brown butter croissant, soft brown butter corn cake and a classic croissant with crisp layers and a buttery center.

The savory order was turkey, basil pesto and marinated kale on freshly baked bread, with herby pesto and tangy greens balancing the turkey.
