From my visit
At Pata Paplean, we tried shrimp-and-chicken Jeeps, Hat Yai Chicken and Yum Crispy Pork Skin with peanuts, green apple and chili paste. Roasted Pork Egg Noodles and pink Yen Ta Fo brought two different noodle styles.

Nam Tok soup brought pork-blood broth; Tom Yum noodles had lime, chili and peanuts. A Mango Sticky Rice cocktail, mango sticky rice with ice cream and fried roti with taro ice cream finished the spread.
