From my visit
We visited Obalade Suya in Amsterdam West for smoky beef suya, fried fish and sweet fried plantain. The goat pepper soup had a warming, aromatic broth with a spicy kick.

Egusi soup brought ground melon seeds and a nutty texture, alongside chicken in tomato-pepper stew. Soft, stretchy fufu was served for scooping the soups and sauces.
