From my visit
At The Garden Affair at Pamela, Noor’s Noms collaborated with Cee’s Kitchen, combining Portuguese, Senegalese and Sierra Leonean influences. We tried Senegalese-style chicken wings with piri-piri and Sierra Leone-style meatballs with lime and pickles.

We also tried plantain waffles with stewed black-eyed beans, mushroom skewers with harissa and pomegranate molasses, and almond croissant cake with blackberry-rosemary compote. Follow Noor’s Noms and Cee’s Kitchen for future events.
