From my visit
At Miyabi in Chinatown, I tried the hojicha Earl Grey vanilla foam, with roasted tea and a silky vanilla topping. The matcha banana crème brûlée was sweeter and creamier, with banana and custardy notes.

I also tried the matcha crème brûlée crêpe, soft and delicate with a creamy matcha filling. This was a drinks-and-dessert stop on Zeedijk.
