From my visit
For my takeout sushi feast, I ordered tuna and salmon sashimi and the Sake, Maguro and Rainbow Soft Shell rolls. The salmon roll paired avocado and unagi sauce; the tuna roll had cucumber and spicy sauce.

The Rainbow roll combined crabstick, tuna, salmon, shrimp and masago. Egg rolls, gyoza, shrimp tempura and wakame completed the spread.
