From my visit
The classic cookie came with caramel cream, pecans and sea salt, plus melted butter for dipping. I also tried the blueberry lemon cookie, with fruity sweetness and a subtle lemon flavor.
More from the visit
The cookies use butter from northern France and a six-to-seven-hour cold-curing process. We also tried the blueberry-rosemary milk, made with Dutch milk, French cream and homemade jam.
