From my visit
At Han Bat, we started with kimchi pancake, crisp around the edges with a soft center. Bi Bim Mak Kook Soo combined buckwheat noodles with a spicy, tangy-sweet sauce, vegetables, beef and pear.

The LA galbi had a sweet-savory marinade and caramelized edges. Grilled mackerel with crisp skin and flaky fish finished the meal.
