From my visit
Fish Cheeks has been one of my favorites for years. We started with oysters with nam jim seafood and fried shallots, a Melon E Melon cocktail, Shrimp in 3 Crab Sauce and fiery, crispy Zabb Wings.

Whole branzino came in cilantro-lime broth, and Prawn Karee combined tiger prawns with curry powder and soft-scrambled egg. Coconut pandan sticky rice sundae cooled things down.
