From my visit
Fermento in Oud-West is run by Gemma from Rome and Massimo from Piemonte. I tried cornetto crema and their panettone, made over three days using their sourdough starter, Gigetto.

The sweets continued with baci di Alassio filled with dark chocolate ganache, krumiri corn flour cookies, brutti ma buoni hazelnut meringues and hazelnut cake.
