From my visit
At Bunsbar in De Pijp, we tried the Korean Fried Chicken bao with Korean sauce, coleslaw, sriracha mayo, pickled cucumber, spring onions and sesame seeds.

The vegan Indo Jackfruit bao combined jackfruit and seitan in rendang spices, vegan sriracha mayo, vegetables and fried onions. We also tried Indian samosas with potatoes, peas and spices.
