At Soothr LIC, Yum Nuer brought a spicy, citrusy beef salad with herbs and crispy garlic. Tom Yum Seafood Hotpot combined shrimp, squid and fish in a creamy, sour and spicy broth.

Karee Pu Noodles combined yellow noodles and crab in egg curry sauce; Yum Pla Tod paired whole fried branzino with spicy mango salad. Pea shoots with shiitake and a mango sticky rice sundae completed the meal.
