From my visit
The Bosphorus Sharing Rhapsody combined sucuk, halloumi, simit, dips, vegetables, olives and honey with clotted cream. Sucuk Benedict came on brioche with eggplant-red pepper dip and a poached egg.

Croque Madame combined pastrami, béchamel, cheese and a runny egg. Çakallı Menemen brought eggs, tomatoes, garlic and melted cheese, served for scooping with sourdough.
