I visited OMA’s café pop-up inside Vacature Via near Vondelpark. The founder is half Vietnamese and half Moroccan, and the drinks bring together flavors from Vietnam, Indonesia and Morocco.

I tried pandan matcha and Salty Kopi Arenga, a double espresso with milk and Indonesian salted gula aren syrup. The menu also featured Casablanca Cloud, pandan coffee and orange blossom cacao, plus several matcha variations.
