At Manila Bakery Masters, we tried soft ube pandesal, buttery cheese-topped ube ensaymada, chewy coconut sapin-sapin, adobo and flan croissants, and an ube cookie.

A mango sticky rice bun combined flaky pastry with purple sticky rice, coconut sauce and mango. We washed it down with a matcha ube latte.
