After four years in NYC, I missed New York-style pizza. At Charlie’s, I ordered a half cheese, half spicy salami pie: huge, foldable slices with a thin, crisp base and chewy crust.

Hot honey, homemade ranch and chili flakes came on the side. During my visit, the schedule listed whole 50cm pies on Wednesdays and Thursdays and slices on Sundays; check the current serving days.
